Description

You will design and develop backend business functionality for partner ventures, providing live support and ensuring operational maturity. You will collaborate with leads to define technical standards and act as a technical evangelist for the venture.

Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and support joint venture business systems.
• Collaborate with leads to ensure features meet scalability and operational standards.
• Propose and socialize technical standards and engineering best practices.
• Identify, document, analyze, implement, and test software requirements with stakeholders.
• Debug issues and perform system analysis to maintain service health.

Required Skills

• 9+ years of experience in Java development teams.
• 3-5 years of experience in a lead engineering role.
• Extremely proficient in Java and Spring Boot.
• Strong experience with RDBMS, specifically PostgreSQL.
• Mid-to-high level expertise with Infrastructure as Code (ArgoCD, Terraform, or CloudFormation).
• Experience with Azure cloud hosting platforms.
• High-level understanding of microservices and Kubernetes.
• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or equivalent experience.
