Description

You will design, develop, and support backend business systems for partner ventures while ensuring operational maturity.

This role is remote.

Responsibilities

• Design and develop joint venture business functionality in Java.
• Define technical standards and act as a technical evangelist for the venture.
• Collaborate with leads to ensure features meet scalability and operational standards.
• Identify, document, and implement software requirements with stakeholders.
• Debug issues and perform system analysis to maintain service health.

Required Skills

• 9+ years of experience in Java development teams.
• 3-5 years of experience in a lead engineering role.
• Extremely proficient in Java and Spring Boot.
• Strong experience with RDBMS, specifically PostgreSQL.
• Mid-to-high level expertise with Infrastructure as Code (ArgoCD, Terraform, or CloudFormation).
• Experience with Azure cloud hosting platforms.
• High-level understanding of microservices and Kubernetes.
• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or equivalent experience.

Preferred Skills

• Experience providing live support for production systems.
