You will lead the design and implementation of cloud-native Java solutions, ensuring high availability and scalability.

This role is remote.

Responsibilities

• Architect robust distributed systems using core Java and cloud infrastructure.
• Optimize application performance through advanced multithreading and data structure strategies.
• Design and maintain web-based Java applications with a focus on reliability.
• Drive technical decisions for algorithm efficiency and system architecture.
• Mentor engineering teams on best practices for cloud deployment and Java development.

Required Skills

• 12+ years of professional experience in software development.
• Expert-level proficiency in Core Java, including deep knowledge of multithreading and concurrency.
• Strong command of data structures and algorithms for performance optimization.
• Hands-on experience building and deploying Web Java applications.
• Ability to work UK shift hours (2 pm - 11 pm IST).

Preferred Skills

• Experience with major cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, or GCP).
• Background in microservices architecture.
