You will lead technical development and architecture for Java-based projects.

Responsibilities

• Lead technical development processes and make software architecture decisions.
• Design and implement web applications using Java and modern frontend frameworks.
• Perform application performance tuning to ensure system efficiency.
• Gather requirements and translate them into technical specifications.
• Apply software development best practices including Agile, XP, and RUP.

Required Skills

• 7+ years of experience in software development.
• Expertise in Java, JEE, Hibernate, JMX, JMS, and Log4J.
• Proficiency with Spring, Ant, and XML parser technology.
• Hands-on experience with Angular v8+, TypeScript, ES6, and REST APIs.
• Strong frontend skills in HTML5, CSS3, SASS, LESS, and Bootstrap.
• Proven ability in application performance tuning.
• Experience with analytical requirements gathering.
