Description

Lead the architecture, design, and development of Java/J2EE applications, focusing on RESTful services and Spring Boot.

This role is hybrid.

Responsibilities

• Lead Java/J2EE developers in designing, developing, and implementing RESTful web services using Spring Boot.
• Define and implement coding, testing, and deployment best practices to ensure application performance, scalability, and security.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather requirements, provide technical guidance, and drive architectural decisions.
• Conduct code reviews, troubleshoot technical issues, and mentor junior team members.

Required Skills

• 11+ years of Java development experience.
• Strong experience with Spring, Spring Boot, and Microservices.
• Proficiency in Java, J2EE, JSP, XML, JDBC, and Servlets.
• Proven ability to apply SDLC concepts and deliver functional applications.
• Solid understanding of Object Oriented Programming.
• Experience in analysis, design, coding, and testing of Java-based applications.
• Strong communication skills for interacting with business owners.
