You will lead development efforts, perform hands-on coding, and coordinate with clients and offshore teams.

This role is hybrid.

Responsibilities

• Perform hands-on coding and backend development.
• Develop APIs using Java and messaging tools.
• Lead development teams operating in an onshore/offshore model.
• Coordinate closely with clients and maintain strong communication.

Required Skills

• 14+ years of total professional experience.
• 8+ years of experience with Java, Microservices, Spring Boot, Spring Batch, and Kafka.
• Proficiency in Java and experience building Microservices.
• Expertise with Spring Boot and Spring Batch.
• Hands-on knowledge of Kafka.
• Familiarity with Agile Methodologies.
• Minimum two years of team leadership experience in an onshore/offshore setup.

Preferred Skills

• Experience leading distributed teams.
