Description

You will own backend development for an Identity and Access Management (IAM) platform, balancing 80% backend work with 20% frontend tasks.

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain RESTful APIs using Spring Boot and microservices architecture.
• Resolve performance issues related to authentication timeouts and login failures.
• Perform light Angular frontend work to fix UI bugs.
• Conduct unit testing, code reviews, and manage CI/CD deployments.
• Troubleshoot production issues and provide on-call support.

Required Skills

• 10+ years of professional Java development experience.
• Strong expertise in Java 17 or Java 21.
• Experience with Spring Boot, Spring MVC, and J2EE.
• Hands-on experience with IAM systems and secure authentication flows (JWT, OAuth2).
• Proficiency with REST, JSON, and Swagger.
• Experience with Oracle, UNIX/Linux, Shell Scripting, and Cronjobs.
• Knowledge of Git, Jenkins, JIRA, and CI/CD pipelines.
• Competency in JUnit, Mockito, and Postman.

Preferred Skills

• Experience migrating systems from Java 8 to newer versions.
• Experience with Angular.
