You will lead the development of high-performing Java solutions, owning microservices and REST APIs while mentoring junior developers.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Design and implement clean, maintainable code for microservices and REST APIs.
• Mentor junior developers on coding standards and architectural decisions.
• Lead sprint execution and ensure adherence to Agile methodologies.
• Own the end-to-end development lifecycle of Java-based solutions.

Required Skills

• 6+ years of professional experience in software development.
• Expert proficiency in Java.
• Strong experience with Spring framework and Hibernate.
• Proven track record building and deploying Microservices.
• Solid understanding of REST API design and implementation.
• Experience mentoring and guiding junior team members.
• Proficiency in Agile methodologies and sprint execution.
