Description

You will own backend development using Java, designing RESTful APIs, microservices, and enterprise integrations.

This role is hybrid.

Responsibilities

• Design and implement RESTful APIs using OAuth and JWT.
• Develop and maintain microservices architecture with Docker and Kubernetes.
• Manage application lifecycle via CI/CD pipelines and version control.
• Optimize database queries and tune performance for Oracle and PostgreSQL.
• Debug complex threading issues and analyze performance using profiling tools.

Required Skills

• 8+ years of professional experience in Java development.
• Expert knowledge of Java (8+), including OOP, multithreading, and JVM memory management.
• Proficiency with the Spring ecosystem (Spring Boot, MVC, Data, Security, Batch).
• Hands-on experience with J2EE platforms and application servers (WebLogic, WebSphere, JBoss, Tomcat).
• Experience with microservices, Docker, and Kubernetes.
• Strong competency in SQL tuning and query optimization for Oracle and PostgreSQL.
• Familiarity with CI/CD tools such as Jenkins, Git, and GitHub Actions.

Preferred Skills

• Experience with enterprise integration patterns.
• Background in high-throughput transactional systems.
