Description

Lead the design, development, and unit testing of enterprise software solutions while providing technical direction for your domain.

This role is hybrid.

Responsibilities

• Design, build, and review software solutions, prototyping new requirements to enhance technical functionality.
• Partner with business analysts to refine requirements into core system capabilities and validate solutions.
• Collaborate with architects and vendor partners to define project scope, set system goals, and resolve technical issues.
• Mentor team members on new technologies and assist in QA efforts by providing input for test cases.
• Participate in 24x7 rotational technical support to solve business problems and document resolutions.

Required Skills

• 8+ years of overall software development experience.
• 6+ years of professional experience with Java.
• Extensive experience with Spring Boot and Microservices architecture.
• 4+ years of experience with web service technologies including REST, JSON, SOAP, HTTP, SSL, and XML/XSLT.
• 4+ years of experience with Enterprise Service Bus (ESB) technology.
• 3+ years of experience working within UNIX or Linux environments.
• Experience with Azure cloud platforms.
• Strong understanding of Software Oriented Architecture and Enterprise Integration Patterns.
• Proficiency in Windows, UNIX, and Linux operating systems.

Preferred Skills

• Experience with WSO2 ESB.
• Familiarity with Message Broker technologies such as JMS, ActiveMQ, or IBM MQ Series.
• Knowledge of SQL and NoSQL technologies.
