Description

You will lead the design, development, and deployment of scalable microservices-based software systems.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Oversee application architecture, database design, and cloud-based solutions.
• Guide the engineering team through code reviews and mentorship to ensure maintainable code.
• Manage project lifecycles from planning and scheduling to production deployment and hypercare support.
• Coordinate with DevOps and Deployment teams to ensure production stability and successful releases.
• Analyze complex technical problems, identify root causes, and implement effective solutions.

Required Skills

• 10+ years of hands-on experience with Java 8.
• 4+ years of experience in microservices-based architecture.
• Deep expertise in Spring Boot, Spring, and Hibernate.
• Proven experience with Cloud platforms.
• Practical application of Agile methodologies and CI/CD.
• Strong understanding of software design patterns.
• Experience with unit testing and production implementation planning.

Preferred Skills

• Knowledge of App Dynamics, Grafana, and Datadog Synthetics.
