Description

You will own the analysis, design, coding, and testing of new applications and enhancements to existing systems using Java-based technologies.

This role is hybrid.

Responsibilities

• Apply SDLC concepts to deliver solid, maintainable applications.
• Analyze requirements and translate them into technical designs.
• Code, test, and debug using Java, J2EE, JSP, XML, and JDBC.
• Communicate technical details and progress directly with business owners.
• Maintain a strong focus on Object-Oriented Programming principles.

Required Skills

• 8+ years of prior Java development experience.
• Deep understanding of Object-Oriented Programming (OOP).
• Proficiency in Java, J2EE, JSP, XML, and JDBC.
• Proven track record of delivering complete application cycles.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Ability to interact effectively with business stakeholders.

Preferred Skills

• Experience with legacy J2EE migration or modernization.
