Lead a team of engineers to design and maintain high-quality software solutions. This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Lead and mentor a team of software engineers.
• Design, develop, and maintain software using Java, Microservices, and the Spring stack.
• Collaborate with architects and technology teams to define scalable design solutions.
• Troubleshoot and resolve performance bottlenecks, bugs, and security vulnerabilities.

Required Skills

• 10+ years of experience as a Lead Software Engineer or similar role.
• Strong proficiency in Java and the Spring stack (Spring Boot, Spring Frameworks, Spring Data JPA).
• Extensive experience with Microservices architecture.
• Strong experience with Oracle databases.
• Proficiency in Angular.
• Expertise in JUnit for achieving 100% code coverage.
• Experience with BDD automation testing using Cucumber or Karate.
• Practical knowledge of Agile and Scrum methodologies.

• Any Graduate degree.
