Description

You will lead the design and implementation of scalable backend systems while mentoring developers and contributing to frontend interfaces.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and maintain scalable Java-based backend systems.
• Lead and mentor a team of developers through technical guidance and code reviews.
• Contribute to React-based user interfaces and integrate them with backend APIs.
• Design and implement Camunda-based workflows to automate business processes.
• Collaborate with architects and cross-functional teams to implement technical solutions.

Required Skills

• 7+ years of experience in Java development focusing on backend systems.
• Proficiency in Spring Boot and Spring MVC.
• Experience with relational databases such as MySQL and PostgreSQL.
• Hands-on experience with NoSQL databases like MongoDB.
• Familiarity with JavaScript and React for frontend development.
• Proven ability to lead and mentor technical teams.
• Experience with Camunda or other BPM platforms.

Preferred Skills

• Experience with AWS or Azure cloud platforms.
• Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
