Description

You will lead a team of developers on data integration projects, owning the full lifecycle from architecture to release.

Responsibilities

• Lead development efforts by estimating effort, managing dependencies, and planning infrastructure resources.
• Drive strategic architecture, design, and complex implementation phases for data integration systems.
• Coordinate with testing leads on strategies and release management for environment setup and data seeding.
• Monitor code quality, project documentation, and conduct design and code reviews to enforce standards.
• Communicate technical concepts and project status to senior management.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of experience in Java server-side design, coding, and team management.
• Extensive experience with Spring modules: Boot, MVC, Aspects, Security, Data, and Core.
• Proven expertise in Kafka and Spring Batch for data integration workflows.
• Strong knowledge of Service Oriented Architecture (SOA), including microservices, service bus, and service gateways.
• Proficiency with Oracle databases and writing complex queries (SQL, SPARQL, XQuery).
• Experience working within Agile and Waterfall methodologies, including JIRA ticket and board management.
• Understanding of logical and physical data models, data governance, and data management concepts.
• Experience with DevOps practices, JavaScript, or Node.js.
