Description

Design, develop, and deliver advanced identity and authentication systems while providing technical leadership to development teams.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Architect and implement secure identity solutions using OAuth2/OIDC, SAML, and FIDO/WebAuthn.
• Lead the full software development lifecycle, from requirements gathering to deployment and performance tuning.
• Ensure code quality and adherence to enterprise standards for design and coding practices.
• Mentor team members and collaborate with product owners to align technical delivery with business objectives.
• Optimize SQL queries and manage Oracle DB performance for high-availability systems.

Required Skills

• 7+ years of experience in Java application development.
• Strong expertise in REST APIs, Microservices, and Spring/Spring Boot frameworks.
• Extensive experience with Identity & Authentication technologies including PKI and LDAP.
• Proficiency with SQL and Oracle Database management.
• Experience with CI/CD tools and containerization technologies.
• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.

Preferred Skills

• Experience with cloud-based solutions and distributed systems.
• Proven track record of technical leadership and mentorship.
