Description

Lead technical development and mentor engineers in a hands-on role, spending approximately 90% of your time writing and maintaining code.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Write and maintain production code for the majority of your time.
• Lead the development of microservices and REST APIs.
• Coach and mentor other developers to improve team technical capabilities.
• Drive technical decisions and code quality standards.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of recent, hands-on experience with Java.
• Deep expertise in Spring Boot and Spring frameworks.
• Proven experience building Microservices and REST APIs.
• Hands-on experience with Kafka.
• Experience working with NoSQL databases.
• Demonstrated ability to lead and mentor a team of developers.

Preferred Skills

• Experience with Cassandra.
• Experience with CockroachDB.
