Description

You will serve as a hands-on technical lead, splitting your time equally between development and team leadership.

Responsibilities

• Decompose functional and technical requirements into project tasks, conceptual designs, and prototypes.
• Identify technical risks, develop mitigation strategies, and implement industry best practices.
• Mentor junior developers and assist in the selection of hardware and software technologies.
• Collaborate with Architects, Product Owners, and Scrum Masters to deliver business value.
• Work with stakeholders to define constraints and develop requirements and concept of operations documentation.

Required Skills

• 6+ years of software development experience, including at least 1 year as a Team Lead.
• Proficiency in Java and Spring Boot.
• Experience with Angular (latest or previous version).
• Hands-on work with Postgres DB.
• Basic Microsoft Azure knowledge and architectural understanding.
• Demonstrated ability to design and deliver scalable products and projects.
• Balanced experience in both frontend and backend development.

Preferred Skills

• Experience with Confluent Kafka, Azure KV, ADLS, Snowflake, or CI/CD pipelines.
• Background in Pharmacy Benefits Management (PBM), healthcare insurance, or CVS Caremark.
