Description

Lead the design and development of web-based client/server applications using Java EE platforms.

Responsibilities

• Design and develop applications using Java 11+ and Core Java.
• Implement web applications using frameworks such as Spring MVC, JSF, or GWT.
• Build and maintain APIs, RESTful services, and microservices.
• Execute test-driven development to ensure code quality.
• Apply object-oriented analysis and design using common design patterns.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of experience in software development.
• Expertise in Core Java and Java 11+.
• Proficiency with Spring MVC, JSF, or GWT.
• Deep understanding of Java and JEE internals, including class loading, memory management, and transaction management.
• Experience with Messaging, APIs, REST, and microservices.
• Hands-on experience with Git, SubVersion, or Team Foundation Server (TFS).
• BS/MS degree in Computer Science or a related engineering subject.

Preferred Skills

• Experience with OSGI.
• Knowledge of Eclipse RCP and plugin development.
