Description

You will build, develop, and guide the Core Services engineering team while owning delivery for global data engineering and platform features.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Lead and participate in medium- to large-scale projects by translating requirements into technical solutions and developing code.
• Troubleshoot open issues and bug-fixes, ensuring on-time delivery and hand-offs.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to design and develop scalable, high-performance software solutions.
• Take ownership of full-stack development, including front-end and back-end components.
• Oversee tasks of less experienced programmers and stipulate system troubleshooting supports.

Required Skills

• 10+ years of development experience.
• Expertise in Java and Microservices.
• Hands-on experience with Spring Boot.
• Experience with cloud platforms (Azure, GCP, or AWS).
• Proficiency in event-driven architectures using Kafka.
• Experience with relational DBMS, specifically MySQL.
• Familiarity with CI/CD tools like Git, Maven, and Jenkins.
• Experience writing and reviewing design and code.
