Description

Lead technical direction and architecture for enterprise transportation and logistics systems based in Frankfurt.

Responsibilities

• Define software architecture and technological vision for complex enterprise applications.
• Solve high-level technical issues and troubleshoot production problems.
• Design and implement reporting solutions using Jasper Reports.
• Manage deployment planning and workforce management logic for personnel scheduling.
• Create clear technical documentation in German.

Required Skills

• 5+ years practical Java development for enterprise applications and web interfaces.
• Advanced Java programming skills.
• 4+ years experience with personnel scheduling systems or complex enterprise applications.
• Proficiency in PL/SQL and database management.
• Experience with Weblogic and heterogeneous coding environments.
• 3+ years experience using GitLab.
• Experience with React.
• Fluency in German (C1 or native) for communication and documentation.
• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science.

Preferred Skills

• Experience with GitLab CI/CD pipelines.
• Familiarity with Agile Scrum methodologies.
