You will lead technical design and implementation of scalable, secure solutions on the platform.

Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and maintain functionalities to create new solutions on the platform.
• Provide technical expertise on architecture, design, and code quality.
• Drive the implementation of new features following best practices.
• Implement security measures and compliance standards to protect sensitive data.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver high-quality software.

Required Skills

• 10+ years of hands-on experience with Java and J2EE.
• Extensive experience with Spring Boot, Spring JPA, and Spring Security.
• 3+ years designing and building microservices-based distributed systems in serverless or containerized environments.
• Experience with cloud deployments including AWS and Kubernetes.
• Proficiency with CI/CD pipelines and JMS providers like ActiveMQ or Kafka.
• Strong expertise in data structures, algorithms, and performance tuning.
• Experience working with RDBMS and NoSQL databases.
• 1+ years of experience leading global teams in an agile environment.

Preferred Skills

• Experience in AI/ML solutions architecture and GenAI platforms.
• Hands-on experience with Elasticsearch, Redis, Python, and Vaadin Framework.
• Exposure to distributed systems programming.

Education: BS/MS in Computer Science, IT, or equivalent.
