Required Skills

• 5+ years of professional software development experience.
• Deep expertise in Java/J2EE technologies.
• Hands-on experience with the Spring Boot Framework.
• Proficiency with Spring DI and Spring AOP.
• Strong experience with Oracle and SQL Server databases.
• Proven ability to lead and mentor technical teams.
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent graduate qualification.
