Description

Requirements:
·        13+ years of professional software development experience in Java ecosystem.
·        2+ years in a Technical Lead or Lead Developer role.
·        Proven recent hands-on experience implementing solutions in cloud environments.
·        Strong track record of cross-functional team leadership and direct stakeholder engagement.
Preferred Skills:
·        Active Cloud Certification (AWS Certified Solutions Architect, Azure Developer, etc.)
·        Hands-on experience with APM and observability tools (Datadog, Prometheus, Grafana, Open Telemetry)
·        Experience with high-throughput event streaming (Kafka)
Hands-on experience with:
·        Java (11 / 17 / 21) and Spring Framework / Spring Boot microservices
·        Cloud implementation and deployment on AWS, Azure, or GCP
·        Containerization and orchestration (Docker, Kubernetes)
·        CI/CD automation pipelines (Jenkins, GitHub Actions, GitLab CI) and Infrastructure as Code (Terraform)
·        Relational and NoSQL databases (PostgreSQL, MySQL, MongoDB, Dynamo DB)
