Description

Lead onshore and offshore development teams while consulting on complex, large-scale software engineering initiatives. You will own the resolution of multi-faceted technical challenges, ensuring compliance with established policies and procedures.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Lead onshore and offshore development teams as the most senior member or team lead.
• Consult on complex initiatives requiring broad impact and large-scale planning for software engineering.
• Review and analyze large-scale software engineering challenges, evaluating multiple factors for resolution.
• Collaborate with client personnel to deliver scalable systems using Java, React, and database technologies.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of software engineering experience.
• Proficiency in Java development.
• Proficiency in React development.
• Experience with database management and scalable system design.
• Leadership experience overseeing onshore and/or offshore teams.
• Ability to leverage AI in building systems efficiently.

Preferred Skills

• Experience with Identity and Access Management (IAM) systems.
