You will lead technical development for scalable microservices in an enterprise banking environment.

This role is hybrid.

Responsibilities

• Design and implement scalable microservices using Spring Boot and Java.
• Translate business requirements into technical solutions through direct partner collaboration.
• Manage complex data structures and optimize queries using SQL.
• Deliver software iterations within an Agile framework.
• Communicate technical architecture and progress to non-technical stakeholders.

Required Skills

• 10+ years of professional Java development experience.
• Deep expertise in Spring Boot and Microservices architecture.
• Strong proficiency with SQL and relational databases.
• Proven track record in large-scale enterprise environments, preferably banking.
• Experience working in Agile development methodologies.
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent graduate education.
• Exceptional communication skills for direct business partner engagement.

Preferred Skills

• Experience with Python or automation workflows.
• Knowledge of AI/ML concepts.
• UI development experience.
