Description

Lead the design and development of microservices-based software and distributed systems.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Transform monolithic applications into independent, API-driven microservices.
• Develop high-level and low-level architectural plans focused on scalability, reliability, security, and performance.
• Containerize Java applications using Docker and manage deployment and scaling with Kubernetes.
• Design, develop, and document RESTful APIs using Spring Boot and related frameworks.
• Implement security features including authentication and authorization via Spring Security and OAuth2.

Required Skills

• 13 years of experience in designing and building microservices-based software.
• Expertise in Java, specifically Exception Handling, Collections, and Multithreading.
• Proficiency with Synchronized and Concurrent Collections.
• Experience with Spring Boot, Spring Data JPA, and Spring Batch.
• Strong knowledge of Data Structures, Algorithms, and System Design Patterns.
• Hands-on experience with RESTful APIs, MySQL, and Oracle.
• Experience with database integration using JDBC and ORM frameworks like Hibernate or EclipseLink.
• Background in event-driven architecture using Apache Kafka.
• Proficiency in DevOps tools including Jenkins, GitLab CI/CD, and JIRA.

Preferred Skills

• Experience with PostgreSQL and MongoDB.
