Description

You will lead software development teams building enterprise-grade SaaS and FinTech solutions, owning the full lifecycle from planning through deployment.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Lead in-house development teams through planning, coding, and deployment stages.
• Manage complex projects by setting release plans, tracking deadlines, and allocating resources.
• Oversee end-to-end system and process requirements within the FinTech industry.
• Guide teams using agile, waterfall, or spiral methodologies.
• Evaluate technical approaches including monolithic vs. microservices and on-prem vs. cloud infrastructure.

Required Skills

• 10+ years of experience developing enterprise software, SaaS, or FinTech solutions.
• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field.
• Expertise in Java and strongly-typed languages such as C/C++ or C#.
• Proficiency in JavaScript, Python, C++, or Go.
• Deep knowledge of Object-Oriented Design, data structures, algorithm design, and complexity analysis.
• Experience with SQL and NoSQL databases including MSSQL, MySQL, PostgreSQL, Redis, or MongoDB.
• Working knowledge of Web, Mobile, and Microservices architectures.
• Understanding of .NET framework and native Android/iOS development.

Preferred Skills

• Experience with business process automation and analytics.
• Ability to engage directly with customers and investors.
