Description

Lead the development, maintenance, and enhancement of complex Java applications for critical healthcare monitoring systems.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Lead technical teams by providing guidance, oversight, and analytical support for project implementation and integration.
• Design and develop business application components using Object Oriented Java/JEE technologies and design principles.
• Write well-designed, testable code using Spring MVC, Hibernate, and RESTful Web Services.
• Execute the full software development life cycle, from gathering requirements to writing functional and technical specifications.
• Design logical and physical database models and develop objects including stored procedures and functions.

Required Skills

• 12+ years of experience developing complex computer systems using Java and Java IDEs like Eclipse or STS.
• 8+ years of experience with Java JEE Spring and Spring Boot frameworks.
• 8+ years of experience with Java JEE Struts framework.
• 8+ years of experience with Hibernate/JPA frameworks.
• 12+ years of experience programming in SQL and/or PL/SQL.
• Proficiency in Angular, React JS, JavaScript, HTML5, and XML.
• Experience with database design in Oracle and SQL Server.
• Hands-on experience with application servers such as JBOSS, Apache Tomcat, WebSphere, or OpenShift.
• Experience with Maven, GIT, and integrating software components into functional systems.

Preferred Skills

• Knowledge of Apache Kafka, Apache Spark, and ActiveMQ.
• Experience with microservices, cloud architecture, containerization, and Azure DevOps CI/CD pipelines.
