Description

Lead the design and implementation of Java-based systems, web services, and client-server architectures.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Design and implement Java MVC frameworks and ORM tools.
• Develop complex procedures and queries using Microsoft SQL Server, Oracle, or Postgres.
• Manage Java batch jobs and resolve complex technical problems under tight timelines.
• Perform requirements gathering and analysis directly with customers.

Required Skills

• 10+ years of post-undergraduate experience in Java development.
• Expertise in Java, J2EE, Hibernate/JPA, Log4j, Maven, and JUnit.
• Proficiency with JavaScript, Web Services, and EJB.
• Strong experience with Object Oriented Analysis and design.
• Experience with Microsoft SQL Server (2016+), Oracle, or Postgres.
• Solid understanding of Agile methodologies.
• Ability to prepare detailed technical documentation and written instructions.

Preferred Skills

• Experience with Spring Boot, microservices, and cloud-based deployment.
• Knowledge of Sitecore CMS, WebSphere, or WebSphere Liberty.
• Experience with Jenkins, Azure DevOps, Git, or Jira.
