Description

You will lead the development of core enterprise applications using Java and modern architectural patterns.

This role is remote.

Responsibilities

• Design and implement microservices architecture using Java/J2EE.
• Develop and maintain RESTful APIs and integrate systems using messaging queues.
• Apply industry standard modernization patterns like Strangler or Lift and Shift.
• Collaborate with teams using Agile methodologies to deliver software increments.

Required Skills

• 12+ years of professional experience, with 10+ years in Java/J2EE.
• 5+ years experience with Spring Boot and Spring Framework.
• 5+ years experience with Struts Framework and Angular.
• 4+ years experience designing and building Microservices.
• 5+ years experience in Hybrid and Agile Methodologies.
• 5+ years of SQL experience, including 4+ years with Oracle and PL/SQL stored procedures.
• 4+ years experience in API development and hands-on Architecture/Design.
• Proficiency with Maven, IntelliJ, and Java 21.

Preferred Skills

• Java Batch experience (4+ years).
• Experience with DevSecOps practices and SonarQube.
