Description

You will lead the development of core Java services and microservices architectures.

This role is remote.

Responsibilities

• Design and implement microservices architectures for enterprise applications.
• Develop and maintain core services using Java/J2EE and Spring Boot.
• Build and integrate APIs using modern frameworks and industry-standard patterns.
• Apply application modernization patterns to legacy systems.
• Provide hands-on architecture and design leadership.

Required Skills

• 10+ years of professional software development experience.
• 5+ years working with Java/J2EE and Java 21.
• 5+ years experience with Spring Boot and Spring Framework.
• 5+ years developing microservices.
• 5+ years experience with Struts Framework.
• 4+ years experience with SQL and Oracle/PL/SQL stored procedures.
• 4+ years experience in API development.
• Experience with Maven, IntelliJ, and Angular.
• Experience working in Hybrid and Agile Methodologies.

Preferred Skills

• Experience with application modernization strategies.
• Strong background in enterprise application design.
