Lead technical efforts for Java-based projects in McLean, VA.

Responsibilities

  • Drive technical decision-making and lead development efforts.
  • Develop and maintain scalable services using Java and Spring Boot.
  • Deploy and manage cloud infrastructure on AWS.
  • Troubleshoot complex technical issues across the application stack.

Required Skills

  • 10+ years of IT experience.
  • Extensive experience with Java.
  • Proven experience with Spring Boot.
  • Hands-on experience with AWS.
  • Strong troubleshooting skills.
  • Demonstrated experience in a lead role.
  • US Citizen or Green Card holder.
  • Ability to work on-site in McLean, VA, three days per week (Tuesday–Thursday).
