Description

You will lead the design, solutioning, and development of high-scale applications within a heavy data environment.

Responsibilities

• Design and implement cloud-based microservices using Spring Boot, REST APIs, and GraphQL.
• Architect event-based solutions on AWS using Lambda, Step Functions, SNS, and SQS.
• Develop and manage data processing pipelines using Big Data technologies, Python, and Spark.
• Own non-functional requirements including security, transaction management, monitoring, and performance.
• Implement TDD/ATDD practices and manage the DevOps toolchain for continuous integration.

Required Skills

• 10+ years of experience in Java 8+, J2EE, Spring, and Spring Boot.
• Extensive experience in Big Data environments and heavy data processing.
• Proven expertise in AWS cloud architecture (S3, Lambda, Step Functions, AMQ, SNS, SQS, CloudWatch Events).
• Strong proficiency with Kubernetes and ELK stack (Elasticsearch, Logstash, Kibana).
• Hands-on experience with NoSQL databases, specifically MongoDB.
• Deep knowledge of ORM frameworks like JPA and Hibernate.
• Experience with Python, Spark, and queue-based implementations.
• Proficiency with DevOps tools including Jenkins, Artifactory, Ansible, Chef, Puppet, or Spinnaker, and Maven/Gradle.
• Familiarity with the Atlassian Tool suite.

Preferred Skills

• Experience with Angular.
