You will lead a team of developers through the full software development lifecycle to deliver scalable Java-based solutions.

Responsibilities

• Lead, mentor, and guide a team of Java developers through design and implementation.
• Architect and design scalable, efficient Java-based applications in alignment with system architecture.
• Manage the end-to-end software development lifecycle, including scope, timelines, and resource allocation.
• Perform hands-on coding and conduct code reviews to enforce coding standards and design principles.
• Collaborate with QA, product management, and operations to ensure seamless component integration.

Required Skills

• 8+ years of experience in Java development.
• Strong proficiency in Java programming and related frameworks such as Spring and Hibernate.
• Hands-on experience with microservices architecture and RESTful web services.
• Experience with cloud computing platforms like AWS or Azure.
• Expertise in code review, debugging, and maintaining coding standards.
• Proven ability to troubleshoot and resolve complex technical issues.
• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.

Preferred Skills

• Experience leading teams in a microservices environment.
