Description

Lead development efforts using Java and Spring Boot, owning the full lifecycle from service design to cloud deployment.

This role is hybrid.

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain high-quality services using Java and Spring Boot principles.
• Implement and integrate systems via RESTful APIs.
• Manage state and data flow using messaging systems like Kafka.
• Automate build and deployment pipelines using Jenkins and GitLab CI/CD.
• Utilize AWS services for cloud infrastructure, including S3, CloudFront, Lambda, and API Gateway.

Required Skills

• 8+ years of software development experience.
• Expert proficiency in Java and Spring Boot.
• Hands-on experience with AWS technologies (S3, Lambda, API Gateway, EKS, RDS, Terraform).
• Experience with Kafka for messaging systems.
• Familiarity with RESTful APIs.
• Knowledge of authorization mechanisms, specifically JSON Web Tokens.
• Experience with build and deployment tools (Jenkins, GitLab CI/CD).
• Experience with No-SQL databases (DynamoDB, MongoDB, or Cassandra).
