Lead the design, development, and deployment of scalable API solutions.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and deploy scalable API solutions using Java and Spring Boot.
• Architect and implement solutions utilizing AWS-native databases like DocumentDB and Neptune.
• Define and enforce best practices for security, performance, and coding standards.
• Drive the adoption of modern architectural design patterns and engineering practices.
• Provide technical leadership and mentor the development team through production issue resolution.

Required Skills

• 10+ years of experience as a Lead Java Developer.
• Strong expertise in Java, Spring Boot, APIs, and microservices architecture.
• Hands-on experience with AWS cloud solutions and CI/CD pipelines.
• Proven success working with Graph databases, preferably AWS Neptune.
• Demonstrated team leadership and mentoring capabilities.
• Experience with Agile Development.

Preferred Skills

• Familiarity with containerization technologies (Docker, Kubernetes).
• Previous experience in financial services or insurance industries.
