Description

You will lead development efforts within a distributed system environment, owning the full lifecycle from design to production deployment.

This role is hybrid.

Responsibilities

• Design and develop microservices within a distributed system architecture.
• Ensure application observability by implementing log events in Splunk and AppDynamics.
• Maintain CI/CD build pipelines and manage the full SDLC for production releases.
• Collaborate with SDET teams to design and execute effective test strategies.
• Perform code reviews and provide technical feedback via pull requests.

Required Skills

• 15+ years of professional experience with Java.
• 3-4 years of hands-on experience with Spring Boot.
• 3-4 years of experience using Kafka for event streaming.
• Practical deployment and management experience with Kubernetes and Docker.
• Strong understanding of CI/CD processes and tools.
• Proven experience working within complex distributed systems.
• Deep knowledge of SDLC and production deployment workflows.

Preferred Skills

• Experience implementing observability solutions using Splunk or AppDynamics.
