Description

You will lead the design, development, and delivery of enterprise Java applications, ensuring technical quality and team alignment.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Design and develop scalable enterprise Java applications and define application architecture.
• Manage and mentor onshore and offshore teams to ensure high-quality deliverables.
• Enforce coding standards, conduct code reviews, and drive adoption of CI/CD and DevOps practices.
• Collaborate with stakeholders and architects to deliver compliant, microservices-based solutions.

Required Skills

• 15+ years of overall IT experience, including 3–5 years in technical team leadership.
• Expert proficiency in Java/J2EE, Spring, Spring Boot, and Microservices architecture.
• Proven experience building and consuming REST APIs.
• Hands-on experience with cloud platforms: AWS, Azure, or GCP.
• Experience with containerization using Docker and Kubernetes.
• Strong knowledge of RDBMS and NoSQL databases.
• Familiarity with message brokers (Kafka/RabbitMQ) and CI/CD pipelines.
