Description

You will lead technical direction and backend development for Java-based microservices.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Lead the development team by providing design and technical guidance.
• Identify technical blockers and proactively remove them to ensure team progress.
• Build and maintain Java microservices using modern frameworks.
• Design and implement backend solutions involving relational and NoSQL databases.
• Apply object-oriented design patterns and coding standards to all deliverables.

Required Skills

• 8+ years of experience in Java and J2EE development.
• 2+ years of experience in a Technical Lead role.
• Proficiency in Java 8/11, Spring, and Spring Boot.
• Deep knowledge of Java Collections, Threads, and concurrency.
• Strong understanding of Object-Oriented Programming (OOP) and design patterns.
• Experience with Relational Database Management Systems (RDBMS) and SQL.
• Hands-on experience with NoSQL databases such as MongoDB.
• Proficiency with Git, GitHub, or other distributed version control systems.
