You will lead technical delivery and architectural design for large-scale business systems.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Lead technical design for business systems and application interfaces.
• Research new technologies to recommend architectural solutions.
• Establish technology-specific best practices and team standards.
• Mentor team members during build and test phases.
• Ensure application reliability, performance, and scalability.

Required Skills

• 4+ years of Information Technology experience.
• Core Java and Spring Boot expertise.
• Experience with Web Services and REST.
• Proficiency in Java/J2EE technologies.
• Experience with Hibernate.
• Knowledge of JSP and JavaScript.
• Working knowledge of UNIX/LINUX environments.
• Experience with DB2 or Oracle databases.
• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent progressive experience.

Preferred Skills

• Experience with MS SQL Server, WebSphere, or JBOSS.
• Familiarity with ORM, SOA, Maven, TDD, and CI/CD.
• Banking domain and global delivery experience.
