Description

You will lead the end-to-end design and development of scalable microservices architectures while managing technical delivery.

This role is hybrid.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with Squad Leads, Product Owners, and BAs to define requirements and technical solutions.
• Oversee development lifecycles, delegate tasks, and ensure code quality through regular reviews.
• Manage builds and deployments within lower environments and coordinate release cycles.
• Resolve production issues in coordination with the RPE team and manage post-release testing.
• Coordinate with global teams to manage dependencies and system integrations.

Required Skills

• 7–10 years of hands-on experience with Java, Spring, Spring Boot, and Spring Cloud.
• Proven ability to design and build scalable microservices architectures and RESTful services.
• Experience with Docker, Kubernetes, and cloud-native technologies.
• Proficiency with MongoDB and messaging platforms.
• Strong understanding of data structures, caching, multithreading, and performance tuning.
• Experience with TDD, BDD, and Agile development methodologies.

Preferred Skills

• Prior experience in investment banking.
• Familiarity with JavaScript, HTML, CSS, Sass, and responsive design.
• Experience in review-centric development models.
