Description

Lead technical planning, architecture, and end-to-end delivery of scalable software solutions.

This role is remote.

Responsibilities

• Architect and deliver solutions using Core Java, Postgres, and Cassandra.
• Manage technical planning, estimation, and agile project execution.
• Implement CI/CD pipelines, automated testing, and chaos engineering practices.
• Mentor team members and communicate technical concepts to stakeholders.
• Deploy services using Kafka/RabbitMQ, Docker, Kubernetes, and Helm.

Required Skills

• 10+ years of application development experience with strong Core Java proficiency.
• Experience with SQL (Postgres) and NoSQL (Cassandra).
• Hands-on experience with Docker, Kubernetes, Helm, Ansible, AWS, or OCP.
• Knowledge of event streaming using Kafka or RabbitMQ.
• Familiarity with CI/CD pipelines, Git, TDD, and automated testing.
• Solid foundation in data structures, algorithms, and software design.
• Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science, MIS, Math, Engineering, or comparable major.
• Background in the Financial Services industry.

Preferred Skills

• Experience with payments systems, Spring Cloud migration, or CDC.
• Familiarity with Redis, functional programming, or client-facing consulting.
