Responsibilities

• Develop and implement new technical approaches and effective software ideas.
• Execute short-range technical plans and exercise sound judgment across complex circumstances.
• Apply analytical and problem-solving skills to resolve technical challenges.
• Collaborate with team members using strong interpersonal and communication skills.

Required Skills

• 6+ years of experience in software development.
• Proficiency in Java 8, including Lambdas, Streams, Completable Future, Optionals, and Generics.
• Deep knowledge of Java functional and reactive programming.
• Expertise in Spring Boot, specifically WebFlux (Reactor 3), Spring Data, and REST.
• Strong NodeJS development experience.
• Hands-on experience with API Design, Swagger API specification, API Security, Curl, and Postman.
• Experience with Test Driven Development (TDD) and GoF design patterns.
• Proficiency with NoSQL databases such as MongoDB or Couchbase.
• Competency in API performance testing and Heap/Thread Dump analysis.
• Experience with Git workflows, Gradle, Linux command line, Grafana, and Prometheus.

Preferred Skills

• Bachelor's degree.
