Description

Lead the development of high-volume, low-latency transaction systems within a SAFe Agile environment.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Lead a team of developers through the full software development lifecycle.
• Translate complex business requirements into concrete technical implementations.
• Develop and maintain cloud-native applications using modern distributed systems.
• Communicate technical concepts clearly through written and verbal channels.

Required Skills

• 10+ years of software development experience.
• Expertise in Java 11+ and Spring Boot.
• Experience building Microservices and implementing software patterns.
• Hands-on work with Apache Kafka and NoSQL databases including Cassandra and Redis.
• Proficiency with SOLR and Git.
• Experience with containerization using Docker and Kubernetes.
• Knowledge of Azure cloud and cloud-native application development.

Preferred Skills

• Experience working in SAFe Agile frameworks.
