Description

Lead the technical planning, design, and full lifecycle delivery of client applications.

Responsibilities

• Lead technical design, implementation, testing, deployment, and support for client applications.
• Translate wireframes and creative designs into functional requirements and technical specifications.
• Mentor developers and provide technical leadership to improve service delivery.
• Manage project estimates, development phases, and technical documentation.
• Communicate complex technical concepts to both technical staff and non-technical stakeholders.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of application development experience.
• 2+ years in a lead role.
• Strong, hands-on experience with Spring Boot.
• Experience with Open API and Swagger.
• Solid foundation in data structures, algorithms, and software design.
• Experience working within agile methodologies.
• Proficiency in authoring and presenting technical documentation.
• Bachelor’s Degree in MIS, Computer Science, Math, Engineering, or a comparable major.

Preferred Skills

• Client-facing or consulting experience.
• Experience with cloud services.
