Description

You will lead backend service development and technical delivery for core platform components.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Design and implement core backend services using Java, Spring Boot, and multithreading.
• Develop and maintain APIs that integrate with Node.js and ReactJS frontends.
• Manage data streaming and messaging infrastructure using Kafka or equivalent distributed systems.
• Oversee development processes and provide technical leadership to the engineering team.

Required Skills

• 10+ years of professional software development experience.
• Expert proficiency in Java and Spring Boot frameworks.
• Strong understanding of Java multithreading concepts and concurrency.
• Hands-on experience with Node.js and ReactJS.
• Proficiency with Kafka or equivalent distributed messaging systems.
• Familiarity with Python.
• Experience in the Finance industry.

Preferred Skills

• Experience supporting Machine Learning models.
• Knowledge of Git, Azure, and DevOps practices.
