Description

You will design, develop, and support moderately complex software applications within Agile delivery teams.

This role is remote.

Responsibilities

• Translate business and stakeholder requirements into technical designs, source code, and testing artifacts.
• Collaborate with Software Architects and senior engineers to ensure alignment with enterprise architecture standards.
• Proactively identify, communicate, and mitigate engineering risks while keeping stakeholders informed.
• Provide production support and resolve application issues in accordance with established SLAs.

Required Skills

• 10+ years of development experience with Java and Spring Boot.
• Strong backend development experience with JavaScript/TypeScript and frameworks such as React, Angular, Node.js, or Next.js.
• Experience with scalable, high-availability backend technologies including Oracle, SQL Server, and PostgreSQL.
• Proficiency in front-end development including Webpack, HTML5, CSS, Bootstrap, and Responsive Layouts.
• Understanding of continuous integration and deployment tools like Jenkins and Octopus Deploy.
• Experience with containerization technologies such as Docker, Docker Swarm, and Kubernetes.

Preferred Skills

• Experience with non-relational database technologies such as Memcached, MongoDB, or Redis.
• Familiarity with configuration management tools like Chef, Puppet, or Salt.
