Description

You will lead the design and implementation of Java-based backend applications.

Responsibilities

• Design and implement Java applications by analyzing user requirements and defining functionality.
• Align application architecture with business goals and objectives.
• Develop, test, and debug software to resolve technical issues.
• Produce detailed design documentation and user assistance guides.
• Recommend improvements to existing Java infrastructure.

Required Skills

• 12 to 15 years of hands-on experience with Java, Spring Boot, Kafka, and NoSQL databases.
• 4+ years of hands-on experience with Azure cloud environments.
• Deep understanding of cloud architecture and Microservices design.
• Experience working within Scrum/Agile development methodologies.
• Proven ability to manage multiple competing priorities with minimal supervision.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science or equivalent experience.

Preferred Skills

• Experience with Git flow and Atlassian products including Bitbucket, Jira, and Confluence.
• Proficiency with Continuous Integration tools such as Bamboo or Jenkins.
