Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end Java application development and system architecture.
• Mentor development teams and enforce coding best practices.
• Design scalable, secure, and high-performance solutions.
• Collaborate with product owners, architects, and stakeholders.
• Perform code reviews to maintain quality standards.

Required Skills

• 14+ years of hands-on experience in Java/J2EE development.
• Strong expertise in Spring and Spring Boot.
• Experience building Microservices and consuming REST APIs.
• Proficiency with SQL and NoSQL databases.
• Knowledge of cloud platforms like AWS or Azure.
• Experience working in Agile/Scrum environments.
• Strong communication and problem-solving skills.

Preferred Skills

• Google Cloud Platform experience.
